Natural Breathing is our primary method of breathing while practicing Qigong.

You should relax more and more each time, and work on making your breath smooth, long and relaxed.

It takes practice! And inner focus. This is why we always say to "focus on your breathing". Pay attention to it. Over time, you will discover little things you can improve. When you do this, your breathing becomes better, and so does everything else in your life.
