7. Membership details
Membership is billed monthly via our 3rd party, PCI complaint recurring credit card billing processor. Monthly membership fees are automatically billed starting the next month after your initial signup. Monthly billing will continue to occur with your active membership until you explicitly cancel your membership with us.

In the event that your credit card on file with our 3rd party processor is coming close to expiring, you will begin to receive notices via email and at login advising you to update your credit card information with a more current card to continue your membership.

If your credit card fails billing or expires, your membership will be terminated immediately and will not be reinstated until a valid credit card is provided. Your account may be deleted due to our data retention and privacy policies of not keeping customer data beyond their membership subscription.

8. Return Policy
As Learn Qigong Online is a monthly membership service, there are products and thus no returns.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and cancelling your account. Your membership will be cancelled for the next bill cycle and your credit card will not be charged further.

10. Monthly Membership Price Changes
The current monthly membership is the standard membership and is based on our existing offering. As new membership levels are offered, members will have an opportunity to change their membership status to any one of the new membership levels offered or remain at their current level.

Your monthly membership cost at signup will remain your monthly cost until you cancel your membership. If your membership is cancelled, you can rejoin at whatever monthly membership price is current then and not what your previous cost was. This includes if your account is cancelled due to failed credit card billing or an expired card.
