Qigong Basics contains a set of easy to follow, essential Qigong movements that any practitioner of Qigong should want to master. The basic movements are suitable for beginning students as well as advanced students.

Each movement in this set opens various energy channels in the body, including the 5 major organs of the liver, heart, spleen, lungs and kidneys. While simple in nature, the secrets in these movements will unfold as you practice them over the years.

These movements are suitable for any student, but remember to practice "Opening the Channels" before doing this or any other Qigong set.
