The goal of Qigong practice is actually to "un-learn" many of the incorrect and unhealthy habits we've formed, from bad or misaligned physical posture to mental blocks and unproductive ways of thinking. Qigong theory, in a clever way, tries to show you that a lot of your mental makeup is built on "false" or "biased" understandings, and if you strip that away, you are left with peaceful, clear thinking. It also happens to result in radiant health, a nice side effect!
